Submit a Claim - Instructions

If you received one or more unsolicited text messages sent by or on behalf of Western Union between March 12, 2010 and November 10, 2015, and if you fall within one or both of these categories: (1) obtained a Western Union online account and did not enroll in the Western Union loyalty program; or (2) conducted an online transaction with Western Union without authorizing Western Union to send a text message, and then received a text message stating that the intended recipient did not retrieve the money transfer, you may be entitled to compensation if you complete this Claim Form and submit it no later than 11:59 p.m. PST on November 25, 2018.

Paper Claim: If you prefer, you may print out and submit a paper Claim Form instead. Your signed Claim Form must be mailed and postmarked no later than November 25, 2018.
